Our Adult Beginner Tap class is designed specifically for adults with little or no previous Tap experience.
You don’t need fancy shoes to start.
You don’t need any dance experience.

No Tap Shoes? No Problem.
There’s no need to purchase Tap shoes before attending your introductory class.
We have a limited selection of pre-loved Tap shoes and hard-soled shoes available for you to borrow, allowing you to experience the sounds and excitement of Tap without any upfront investment.
If you already owns a pair of hard-soled shoes, they are welcome to wear those.
All you need to bring is plenty of enthusiasm and a willingness to make some noise!

Terms and Conditions
An $8 booking fee applies to all introductory class, which is refundable upon enrolment. Adult Division students must book and attend an introductory Adult Beginner Tap class during July 2026 and enrol by July 31 on an eligible month-to-month booking to receive 50% off Tap class fees for August 2026. Discount applies to Tap class fees only and cannot be transferred to other classes or fees. Subject to class availability. By booking an introductory class you accept Simply Ballet’s Terms and Conditions of Enrolment. Discount offer can not be shifted to a different student or different Month. Tap fee discount will be calculated on the last additionally hours per week of your enrolment, standard fees are available in our current fee schedule. Offer available to new Tap students only and subject to availability of class maximum enrolments.

We have students of all ages, from their 20’s to their 70’s so you wont be the odd one out.
